Look at what each entry is doing. The unknown model year blocks you from picking the right document until it's resolved, so that's the first thing to chase down. The VIN is missing too, which is why both recall routes stay unchecked — you need it, or the registration details in its place, before either search means anything. The documented service gives you a real anchor — a date, a mileage, a task, a source — the starting point you'll compare against the applicable schedule once you know which one governs this car. The indicator observation is recorded plainly, without a cause attached, which is exactly where interpretation belongs: with the manufacturer instructions or a workshop, not with a guess written into your own notes. Notice what the question does and doesn't do. It states the observation and when it started, points to a record, and asks for an estimate with an approval limit. It doesn't propose a cause or a fix — that's still the workshop's call. Your own question will use your own observations, but the same shape holds: what you saw, when, what record backs it up, and where you want to be asked before the workshop goes further.
